Thomas is a wellness enthusiast who is passionate about building better leaders! His purpose is to seek wisdom, share insights, and inspire others. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Thomas strives to be a servant leader, helping other leaders thrive. In addition to directing Learning & Development teams for more than 10 years, he has extensive experience leading a variety of business operations, including Credit Card Lending, Card Fraud Prevention, Collections, Training and Analytics, and more. Thomas is committed to his community and volunteers on several non-profit boards.

Thomas is a graduate of Navy Federal’s Executive Development Program, in partnership with the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He is an alumnus of the Leadership Fairfax and Leadership Pensacola programs and studied philosophy at George Mason University.
When he’s not Coaching, you can find him practicing self-discipline through martial arts, playing music on the piano, and enjoying life on the farm with his partner and puppies.
