🎆 Pensacola’s 4th of July Fireworks Show

We lit up the skies over Pensacola Bay with an unforgettable 4th of July celebration! Thousands gathered along the waterfront to enjoy a dazzling fireworks display synced to music from Cat Country 98.7. Huge thanks to our sponsors for making this community tradition possible.

🧹 Service Saturday: Post-Fireworks Cleanup

The morning after the celebration, our members showed up bright and early to help clean up the Port of Pensacola. Thanks to everyone who joined us to give back—it was a great reminder of the impact we can make when we work together!

🍻 July Young Pros Happy Hour

Our July Young Pros Happy Hour brought together a vibrant group of professionals at 200 South for an evening of networking, laughter, and connection. New faces and longtime members alike enjoyed great conversations and their first drink on us. It was the perfect summer night to build relationships and grow our community!

🤖 PD After Hours: AI in the Workplace

We explored the power of AI at our July PD After Hours with guest speaker Michael Bodenhausen, CEO of the YMCA of Northwest Florida. Michael led an engaging discussion on how AI is transforming productivity, collaboration, and innovation across industries. Attendees left with practical insights and a renewed sense of curiosity about future-ready tools.

☕ Coffee & Conversation

🎶 Young Pros at Bands on the Bayou

We caught summer vibes and great tunes at Bands on the Bayou as the Bay Kings Band lit up the stage! Members and prospective members mingled by the water, enjoyed food truck bites, and soaked in the evening together. It was a fun, casual way to celebrate the season with our PYP community.

📚 Community Roundtable: A Conversation with Rick Outzen

We closed out the month with a powerful Community Roundtable featuring journalist and author Rick Outzen, who shared stories from his new book Right Idea, Right Time. Attendees heard firsthand about the fight for the Community Maritime Park and how it sparked the founding of PYP. It was a full-circle moment that honored our roots and inspired our future.
