PYP to Host 2024 Candidate Forums

Pensacola Young Professionals was founded on giving the young people of Pensacola a voice, a place in our community, and a greater sense of belonging. We are passionate about Pensacola and we are dedicated to inspiring growth and change in our community.

We are excited to announce two upcoming Candidate Forums that will provide our members and the community with opportunities to connect with our local candidates and engage in meaningful conversations about our community.

2024 Candidate Forum

The Greater Pensacola Chamber and the Pensacola Young Professionals are hosting a candidate forum on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. This Candidate Forum will feature Escambia County School Board Candidates and Escambia County Commissioner Candidates that are running in the upcoming August 20, 2024, Election.

Join us at the Museum of Commerce as we get to know these candidates and engage them in a discussion involving important issues in our community.

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. and the Forum begins at 5:30 p.m.

School Board Candidate Forum

The League of Women Voters Pensacola Bay Area​ is hosting a Candidate Forum for Escambia County and Santa Rosa County School Board Candidates. This event is co-sponsored by New World Believers Ministry, Florida Freedom to Read Project, Movement for Change, Escambia Education Association, Pensacola Young Professionals, and Escambia Retired Educators Association.

Join us on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Pensacola Library.
