Members
Pensacola Young Professionals is made up of 200+ members from the Pensacola Bay Area. PYP members are a fun-loving group that is passionate about making a difference. Join PYP and you will be joining a positivity-driven organization that is motivated to find solutions to issues and to celebrate the good in our community!
PYP members represent a wide variety of professions and management roles. But even beyond their careers, our members are committed to the community – a reported 66% of PYP members are actively involved with non-profits in the area, and many of our members serve on various boards of directors.
Various types of membership are available, including regular memberships for young professionals between the ages of 21 and 39, student memberships for those in college, and alumni memberships for past PYP members who wish to remain involved. PYP also offers a discounted membership for those in the armed services.
If you are a young professional in the Pensacola Bay Area but are not yet a member of PYP, we would love to have you join us!
Meetings and Attendance
PYP is a volunteer organization and there are no attendance requirements. But members are strongly encouraged to get involved, join teams, and volunteer to help organize events and meetings.
When you become a PYP member, we ask you to join at least two teams and get involved. Please attend events regularly and bring your ideas and enthusiasm. Our mission at PYP is to share our passion for and belief in the Pensacola Bay Area, and to act as a catalyst for positive change in our community. Our members make the organization strong and you will enable us to drive positive change!
Once a quarter, PYP holds a member-wide meeting. The details of the “Quarterly Meetings” are published on the events calendar and Facebook.
PYP team meetings take place once a month. Please use the tabs at the top to refer to each team’s page for the specific day, time, and place.
In addition to the team meetings, PYP holds a monthly social networking event called Pub Club, and other special events and volunteer opportunities are offered by PYP throughout the year.
PYP members matter to us! We need to hear your voice and we want your ideas, skills, and talents. If you want to have a lot of fun and make a positive impact on your own life and the lives of others, then PYP is the place for you. PYP offers its members

PYP reserves the right to reject a membership application or terminate an existing membership if, in its discretion, it determines that a member or prospective member does not sufficiently represent and uphold PYP’s standards of professionalism, excellence, and character.

Alumni
The PYP Alumni support PYP by providing mentorship, guidance, and financial support for the organization’s causes and its new and existing programs. Whether you’re a past board member or a member that has termed out due to age, you can still be involved.
There’s still
