PYP reserves the right to reject a membership application or terminate an existing membership if, in its discretion, it determines that a member or prospective member does not sufficiently represent and uphold PYP’s standards of professionalism, excellence, and character.
GRANT OF RIGHTS/RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By attending a PYP event, each attendee grants permission to PYP, its affiliates, successors, agents and licensees (hereinafter collectively, individually, and interchangeably known as the “Sponsors”) to use the attendee’s name, photograph, or other likeness for purposes of trade or for any commercial, advertising or other purpose, in all media and formats now existing or later developed, without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. In addition, each attendee releases and agrees to hold the Sponsors harmless from and against any
and all claims and liability arising under or out of the Sponsor’s use of attendee’s name, photograph, or other likeness, including without limitation any and all claims and liabilities based upon any allegation of violation of the right of privacy or right of publicity, copyright infringement, misappropriation or violation of any other personal or proprietary right.
