Message from the Chairman - James Hosman
Two years ago the Pensacola Young Professionals (PYP) asked its members if they were in support of the Community Maritime Park and remarkably 100 percent of them said yes. Last month, we surveyed our membership again at our bi-monthly general membership meeting and 100 percent of the respondents listed the Community Maritime Park as one of their top five most important issues facing Pensacola. It is apparent that the young professionals in this community have supported the project from the start and we are committed to seeing it through. Read more.

PYP Supports KC-45 Tanker Project
It is with great excitement that the Pensacola Young Professionals announces its support of the KC-45 Tanker project in Mobile. This project will have a great impact to our area in that dozens of suppliers will be locating here, thus creating hundreds of higher paying jobs. PYP is a huge supporter of economic growth and realizes that a project such as this will not only positively affect a neighboring community but will positively affect ours as well.
PYP would also like to encourage its members to log onto www.keepourtanker.com and sign up as a supporter. We need to continually show the rest of the nation that we have people in our region that support this project. |
